Purpose of processing
Data will be processed to:
I. perform the subscribed service;
II. fulfill obligations under laws and/or specific regulations;
III. manage and send advertising and informational materials;
IV. ensure the protection of Antonio Eliseo Pappalardo's rights in court.
Mandatory nature
All requested data is essential and mandatory.
Processing methods
The data will be processed primarily using electronic and computerized tools and stored on computer media, paper media, or any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to Annex B of the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security measures of the Privacy Code.
Parties to whom personal data may be disclosed
The personal data relating to the processing in question may also be disclosed to parties who are granted the right to access the aforementioned personal data by law or by secondary and/or EU regulations.
Consequences of Refusing to Provide Data
If one or more mandatory data is not provided, the interested party will not be able to benefit from the requested service.
Data Subject Rights
In relation to the processing of personal data and pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code (Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights), the data subject has the right:
i. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, in a form and communication that is comprehensible, even if not yet recorded.
ii. to obtain information on:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the methodology applied in the case of processing carried out using electronic means;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.
ii. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, if interested, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a clearly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
iv. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
